FIG IT UP

INGREDIENTS

35 ml Boukha Etoile “Original”

15 ml Benedictine

15 ml Passion Fruit liquor

35 ml Lemon fresh juice

22.5 ml Homemade Fig Syrup

Bitterlemon

 

METHOD

Build and serve over crushed ice.

Garnish with a Fig crispy “crème brûlée way”

FIG & MINT COQUITO

INGREDIENTS

1 cl Boukha Etoile “Prestige Black”

2.5 cl Italian mint Amaro

2.5 cl condensed milk

4 cl coconut milk

1 pinch of salt

 

METHOD

Fill glass with crushed ice, top with mix and garnish with eucalyptus.

BIRD OF (PEAR)ADISE

INGREDIENTS

1.5 cl Boukha Oasis “Classic”

3 cl Gin

3 cl Ruby port

1.5 cl Eau de Vie de Poire Williams

2 dashes Plum Bitters

 

METHOD

Shake all with crushed ice for about 10 seconds / Open Pour in glass / Garnish with dehydrated pear, mint and cinnamon.

GREEN PLEASURE

INGREDIENTS

5 cl Boukha Etoile “Original”

1.5 cl Chartreuse

1.5 cl Midori

1.5 cl Cucumber syrup

2 cl Fresh Lime Juice

1.5 cl Egg white

A handful of basil leaves

 

METHOD

Put all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well, add ice and shake again! Then strain into a lowball glass.

FIRST FRUITS OF THE FOREST

INGREDIENTS

2 cl Boukha Etoile “Original”

5 cl Gin

1.5 cl Fresh Blackberry juice

3 cl Fresh Orange juice

Top tonic water

 

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with cube ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with orange twist.
